The team
Support and operations. Incidents, on-site work, and the people using the systems every day.
About the role
A placement on the support desk, learning how systems behave once real people are using them. It is the fastest way to understand what software actually does.
What you will do
- Work the first line queue alongside the analysts.
- Learn the systems well enough to answer the common questions.
- Help keep the knowledge base and records current.
- Sit in on escalations to see how issues get diagnosed.
What you will bring
- Currently studying computing, information systems or similar.
- Working English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to deal with people as much as with software.
- Availability for a continuous block.

- Work delivered in two to four week increments, demonstrated and accepted before the next one starts.
