The team
Enterprise engineering. Discovery, architecture, delivery and run for the systems clients operate on.
About the role
You build the regression suites that let us release every two to four weeks without holding our breath. A suite has to be trustworthy, because a flaky one gets ignored.
What you will do
- Build and maintain automated regression coverage for live systems.
- Wire the suites into the release pipeline and keep them fast.
- Chase down flakiness rather than retrying around it.
- Decide with the team what is worth automating and what is not.
What you will bring
- Experience building automation that outlived the sprint it was written in.
- A programming language you are genuinely comfortable in.
- Understanding of why tests become flaky and how to fix the cause.
- Opinions about where to put coverage that you can defend.
