Payments and acceptance
QR and card rails, terminals, settlement files and reconciliation. Money moves through what this team builds, so the bar is correctness under real volume, not a demo that works once.
The work
- Build and operate acceptance across DuitNow QR, FPX, card schemes and e-wallets, from the gateway to the software on the terminal.
- Own settlement: the files that arrive from acquirers and banks, the matching against transactions, and the reconciliation a finance team signs off.
- Keep terminal fleets running: provisioning, key injection, firmware, and the device behaviour that only shows up on a real counter.
- Handle the failure cases. Timeouts, reversals, partial captures and duplicate submissions are the job, not the edge of it.
What we look for
- Experience with payment systems, banking integrations or anything else where an off-by-one costs real money.
- Care about idempotency, audit trails and exact arithmetic.
- Comfort working against bank and scheme specifications that are long, inconsistent and occasionally wrong.
- Patience with hardware and certification cycles.
