The team
Enterprise engineering. Discovery, architecture, delivery and run for the systems clients operate on.
About the role
You run a delivery team: the technical decisions, the review, and the conversation with the client about what ships next. It is a hands-on role rather than a management layer above one.
What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers through a live engagement.
- Make and defend the technical calls, and review the code.
- Agree scope and sequence with the client each increment.
- Grow the people on your team, graduates included.
What you will bring
- A track record of shipping as a senior engineer, and some experience leading.
- Willingness to stay in the code.
- Directness with clients about what is and is not possible.
- Judgement about which problems to escalate.
