The team
Delivery. Scope, requirements, and the cadence that gets each increment accepted.
About the role
You run engagements to a two to four week cadence and keep the client's expectations and the team's plan in the same place. Most project failure here is a communication failure.
What you will do
- Plan and run increments with the delivery team.
- Hold the client relationship day to day, including the bad news.
- Track scope, risk and dependency, and act before they become issues.
- Run demos and acceptance.
What you will bring
- Experience running software delivery, agile or otherwise.
- Directness with clients and with your own team.
- Comfort with the commercial side: scope, change and invoicing.
- The habit of writing things down.
