The team
Data and AI. Pipelines, warehousing, reporting, and models that go into production.
About the role
You take models into production and keep them accurate once real data starts arriving. A model that only works in a notebook is not finished.
What you will do
- Take models from prototype to a production service with monitoring.
- Build the data and feature pipelines the models depend on.
- Watch for drift and retrain deliberately rather than reactively.
- Explain to a client what the model can and cannot be trusted to do.
What you will bring
- Experience deploying models, not only training them.
- Solid Python and comfort with the engineering around it.
- Honesty about uncertainty and error rates.
- Understanding of what a wrong prediction costs in the client's terms.
