About the role
You build the dashboards clients make decisions from, and explain what the numbers actually mean. The audience is operational management, not analysts.
What you will do
- Build reports and dashboards against the modelled data.
- Sit with client teams to work out the question behind the request.
- Keep definitions consistent so two reports never disagree.
- Train the client's people to use what you built.
What you will bring
- Experience with a business intelligence tool, and strong SQL.
- The ability to explain a chart to someone who did not want a chart.
- Judgement about what to leave off a dashboard.
- Patience with the messiness of real operational data.
