Graduate programme
Twelve months, four rotations and one senior mentor. You ship production work from your first month and finish with a permanent role.
Your first year, in four rotations
Each rotation lasts three months. You ship production features in every one, supervised by the engineers who run that function.
- Months 1 to 3
Product engineering
Start on the core application platforms. Ship features on asasii POS or asasii BSC and learn the full stack end to end.
- Months 4 to 6
Data engineering
Move to the data layer. Build ingestion pipelines, transformation models and dashboards clients use every day.
- Months 7 to 9
Hardware and firmware
Work on the device layer. Integrate terminals, printers and payment hardware, and test them on live client sites.
- Months 10 to 12
Your specialisation
Choose the function that fits you best and take on a larger piece of work. This rotation becomes your permanent role.

A permanent role at the end
The programme is built to convert. By the decision point you and your team have worked together for a year.
Full pay from day one
Market-rate salary, group insurance cover, a learning allowance and the same equipment as permanent engineers.

Four rotations give you working knowledge of every part of how we deliver.
Who can apply
- You graduated in the last twelve months in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
- You are based in Malaysia, or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur for the programme.
- You have practical programming experience in at least one language. Our stack can be learned on the job.
- You have built something that runs for real, through coursework, personal projects or a placement.
- You can commit to twelve months, full time.
