Graduate programme.
A 12-month structured rotational programme for recent graduates in computer science, software engineering, or adjacent disciplines. Rotations across four engineering functions, paired with a dedicated senior mentor. Converts to a permanent role on successful completion.

Each rotation lasts three months. Participants ship production features in every rotation, supervised by engineers within the function.
Months 4 to 6: Data engineering
Move to the data layer. Build ingestion pipelines, author transformation models, and deliver dashboards that clients use daily in production operations.
Months 7 to 9: Hardware and firmware
Transition to the device layer. Integrate POS terminals, printers, and payment hardware. Validate integrations in live retail environments under production conditions.
Months 10 to 12: Specialisation
Select the function best aligned with your strengths and interests. Take responsibility for a larger piece of work with increased autonomy. This rotation transitions into a permanent role offer.
Programme structure.
Structured rotation
Four rotations across distinct engineering functions. Participants complete the programme with working knowledge of the full delivery organisation, not a single specialisation.
Dedicated senior mentor
A dedicated senior engineer as mentor for the full 12 months. Weekly one-to-one sessions, regular code review, and career development guidance throughout.
Permanent role conversion
The programme is designed to convert into a permanent engineering role. Conversion rates are high, as participants and hiring managers have worked together for a year by the decision point.
Equivalent compensation
Full market-rate salary from day one, medical coverage, learning allowance, and equipment provision matching permanent engineers at equivalent level.
Eligibility criteria.

Graduated within the preceding 12 months from a computer science, software engineering, or related degree programme.

Based in Malaysia or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur for the duration of the programme.

Practical programming experience in at least one language. Fluency in the specific organisational stack is not a prerequisite.

Demonstrated interest in building software that operates in production, validated through coursework, personal projects, or prior placements.

Available to commit to a 12-month full-time placement without interruption.
